I.O.U.S.A.

Ever notice that, "America is not mentioned or referred to specifically in any passge of Scripture.."? (Source: Is America in Bible Prophecy? by Mark Hitchock.) That in the end-times, as revealed in the book of Revelation, the U.S. is not a major player in world events? One reason may be that our country is simply going broke. The following clip is from the film I.O.U.S.A. This is quite sobering.

With all this said, keep in mind that our God is sovereign over all things. His plans and purposes are perfect. "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose." -Rom. 8:28
