The Lions roared at the Northern Sections Boys Championship Playoff Game in Chico on March 7th. The Varsity Boys Basketball team defeated East Nicholas High on their way to a Division V Championship! The team made it to the second game of the State Playoffs by defeating Forest Lake High School, but eventually the lost to St. Joseph Notre Dame High School. Approximately 100 fans traveled to Alameda to watch our team play their hearts out! They represented our school, as well as the North State with great pride, sportsmanship and determination! Well done!
The High School baseball team is in full swing. The weather is fabulous; it’s a great time to be outdoors. Go Kris!

It was fun to watch some of their games. Those boys were such an inspiration to my oldest and that was fun to see too! RCS has a really great athletic program and I'm excited about my kids going thru it. Of course, I had to explain to everyone that I knew that Chris would be good because I knew his grandpa and he would let him be nothing less. :)
